purposeful punishment


forgiveness and acceptance?
please slap me out of this trance...
unconditional love reigns,
breaking unbreakable chains.
those who are responsible
will be held accountable -
and this is because of love
and the one who dwells above.
every little thing you do
exists to be judged by you -
not the 'you' before your eyes
but the one now in disguise;
you are a holy being,
despite what you are seeing.
do you have the nerve to serve
or would you rather observe?
choose the dark/negative path
to face a heavenly wrath -
we make up the collective
and we have one objective:
to be the best we can be
for all of eternity.
