I felt an incredibly dense energy, very thick, and my muscles hurt after I did it for 30 mins, sending my mom light and love.
She has fibromyalgia, which causes pain throughout her body. She's on pain meds for that. Plus arthritis in her spine and fingers.

Yes, that's exactly why I came, to help heal the planet.

I'm going to focus on my Social Memory Complex to help rejuvenate me. I feel a little drained after allowing the energy to flow through me to her.

Would you be able to detect for yourself where that energy came from? Perhaps next time you can try and expect that energy so you can instead redirect it down in to the Earth instead of it coming in to your body. The Earth is a great transformer, it purifies all energy. If you are ever faced with intense negative, or dark or dense energy, just let it drop to the Earth like a boulder crashing down a mountain. Let it all flow in to the Mother Earth, the Mother Dark, whom holds all within her womb and rebirths them in to new light. Dark, heavy and dense energy is just old, decaying energy which needs to be reborn. The light then returns to the one to whom it belongs after it is purified which empowers the individuals and assists with further releases. Stay strong, my brother, much love to you.
