Going against higher self

Thing is I never saw it as negativity. But I am rather negative around my mother. When she comes out of her room I sometimes cringe. She spends most of her time in there. When she comes out she sometimes makes food for me and her. But her profanity gets to me. And how she slams things down.

But still I am happy.
