    This is excellent advice. I'm going to do more meditations in the moment. Focusing on just being. I am happy with where I'm at.

    A quote that was up at my work for awhile was: "Where you are doesn't determine where you can go, only where you begin."

    To be in the moment enables one to move in whatever direction, realizing that all direction is simply a changing of occurrence within the moment. To be "here" is eternal.

    I believe it is in the Rig Veda or that sect that has the five directions; north, south, east, west and here.
