It's a fantastic spring day here in Stockholm. We are going to barbeque first with our best friends in their beatiful, sunny garden, and in the evening I am going to take the kids over to my place.
We are first going to prepare all the snacks and goodies to eat, light the candles and incense, and then switch off all the lights. Then I am going to say a prayer for Gaia, and we will meditate as long as kids will be able (they're seven). And then we are going to tell or read stories, for as long as it is fun for them, but of course at least one hour. And I will finish this with a prayer too.
