I think that to be able to start seeing the 'limitations' imposed by the linguistic faculty of communication is a great step in the ability to synthesise un-worded information.
If you are interested in the raw info, think of how you actually felt, why you were feeling, and what you seek/sought, as (you probably understand this) communication is simply the transfer/flow of energy represented by 'various' vibratory states and your experience may represent a portion of yourself that you have yet to recognize..?
Maybe you just wanted to confirm that, yes, the Universe is full of life, lol.
I think that the most difficult part in 'being good' is accepting 'the bad' as parts of oneself (whether they are necessary or not is up for speculation I suppose).
