However, I can't see anything to indicate the burglar was negative. Most burglars I've met (I've met close to a hundred) are just sleeping.

I think it's telling that Ra said that Hitler was not an individual desiring to polarize negatively. I believe it's highly probable that significant numbers of inhumane acts we see are done by those who yet to truly make the choice of polarization.

And sometimes a confused positive-polarizing being can commit a horrific act. The act might not be positively polarizing, but they are nonetheless polarizing positive for the most part. One may be awakened but still sleep at times.
