one is always in one's essence
this presence...this quintessence

there is nowhere else one can be
here is where all existence is free

if you are in any form of doubt
may this affirm your way out

not yesterday, tomorrow nor today
this 'i amness' i speak of has no delay

the immediacy of being is timeless
the supreme silence is rhymeless

discard every single notion
dissolve the drop into the ocean

disregard the memories of the past
consciousness is that which lasts

your primordial nature is joy
disidentify with the ego's ploy
