I've started meditating on self-love, and it's been hard at first since I'm not used to doing so. It feels fake, and I can't seem to generate any feelings that would support the self-acceptance. The negs had me feeling down on myself, as if I wasn't worthy. It's hard to overcome this mode of thinking.
