Yes,that is pretty much what I understood from reading the HH material. I believe Ra has said that STS entities exist up to mid 6th density......

I wonder what other social memory complexes are involved with our planet besides the confederation ones we know of (The Principal of Quo) and Yahweh and Lucifer?

I'm assuming you mean that Yahweh is the logos of our solar system. Is this correct?
