So? Start enjoying the negative states. Recognize that they are just "unwanted" by you because you prefer to feel positive states. But just because the negative states and moods are "unwanted" by you, does not mean they cannot be used safely, and with respect to other's free will....the most classic example of using a negative state in a fun and positive way that I can think of (especially being a man) is venting that energy through beating the hell out of a punching bag. That 1st density material cares nothing about your manly might. You hands may be sore after the fact. But best of all, you will be balanced again, and will most likely be surprised by how fun it is to use dark and negative states in a way that harms no one, not even yourself (so long as you have decent punching technique while in the middle of a rage, lol. Doable, so don't fret about that.)

Yeh that's great advice, pretty much what I have been doing or how I have come to see it. My ability to keep positive is just an automatic reaction now, after being conscious through so many cycles of positive and the reciprocal negative state I have identified the key areas of myself that are most prone to negative manipulation.
It allows you as you say to be positive about the negative.
I turned the state around today quite easily, I rarely stay negative for more then a day anymore. My negative side is running out of small rounds and has to resort to nukes. I can feel it getting worried hehe like it's going to have no influence on me at all eventually in this lifetime of mine.
