The important aspect to grab is that like on a tree there is a single source, the creator, which branches outward into the various logoi. Into complexity and diversity.
Self is a hazy subject when related to this view. Its something like a cloud centered around your third density incarnation. Somewhat 2d much of it is 3d and somewhat 4d. But it is not limited to those.
Self is as illusory as space and time. The 6th density logos Ashim mentions is not restricted by time and space and thus can affect our time and space in ways we cannot. In the same way this logos is not restricted by the veils of personality and ego in the same way we are. Which allows it to have a more enlightened view.
Basically God is the most enlightened point of view in this psychoverse possible. The omniscient quality. Basically you're the same as that God. Except for the fact that your perception of your environment and personality is filtered through third density filters. You see what God sees, just not all of it.
And yes this means that all entities that have perspective are one and the same. They just don't know it.
Higher self tends to lead us towards harmony and beauty because from it's perspective it is also the higher self to many people (if not all) around us. I think this is why Ashim calls it the oversoul.
Ashim... (Or anyone) And I hope I can put this question to you clearly.. If all originates from the source, and extends into complexity and basically into lower and lower forms of life. Then why does life seem to evolve in the exact opposite direction? Microbes came before mammals and one led to the other. I haven't found an adequate answer to this myself.
