Why did atlantis blow itself up?
Wouldnt know. I wasnt there this morning and beyond anything this morning I cant know for sure. IF you want me to take a quess right now I would have to say the royal palace ran out of biscuit and they blew up.
But to be serious, the reason they blew themselves up? They were attempting to alter the basic flow of time or to remove someone/something from there, to prevent a disaster that will eventually eliminate most of humanity regardless of what most/all of use do, due to the nature of how life spreads. They failed and died.
But thats just my leading theory which may or may not be related to anything you have going.
