I am not the expert on this thing. But I can tell you what I do. If I wanted to respond to your comments then I would click on the 'REPLY' button under your posted comments. This will bring up your comments in a structure like this {quote='Brad N' pid='12501' dateline='1268677991']

I delete what I don't need and always keep the Top and Bottom Quote brackets on. In the open space at the bottom, I write my own comments. I hope this is clear...
