I lost the desire for drinking smoking games tv newspapers radio 4 years ago when I read the LOO. Prior I was unfocused and lost within the illusion and spent vast hours upon these and other various vices as do many.
It is efficacious to exist only with one's own thoughts, rather than those of varying vibration other-selves as presented via various media.
