Aha Yes well intense spirits can have a large impact on sensitives whom are not prepared for that kind of energy.

The energy in the solar plexus was the first thing I felt when I connected to your field, a huge solar plexus charge. There seems to be, to me, a connection to your kundalini but that is not all that is going on. It seems to me that perhaps you keep most of your energy "at the ready", I suppose like being on defense, rather than in passive storage where it is not being "held".

It would perhaps be useful to use your sacral and root chakra as a vessel or basin which will help to hold the charge of your energy and enable you to actually have a greater amount of energy at your disposal with less strain on your solar plexus.

Also, I recall reading that you practice martial arts, have you done any qi gong, breathwork in particular?

Oh, and I am going to do some work on your solar plexus to help this process. I feel your kundalini is working to rise to the next level but there is a need to connect together your heart snd your solar plexus. You can do this as well by circulating energy between your heart and solar plexus, or from throat to heart to solar plexus which will help the two communicate.
