well, Mr Mandelker does happen to be a Taurus, so maybe that's the 'soothing, therapist's voice' you are hearing
seriously, though, he is a very good teacher - able to articulate and present to his audience.
he's introduced me to many alternative ways to re-perspectivise (warning, that is a made-up plenum word : d) things.
