I distinctly remember a brief experience while meditating where I was concentrating on my heartbeat while imagining a white ball around me. All of a sudden, all I heard and felt was this ridiculously loud wob wob wob wob and I saw continuous blasts of white light that coincided with the sounds. Was quite the experience so I can only imagine what reaching that level would be like.
