Are you beating yourself up?

No. It seems to only be pain. My understanding of where it comes from is quite limited.

Is the difficulty of relations the relating part?

Isn't seeing yourself in others within the realm of unity? I try to relate with all causes. Yet it seems I have yet to fully understand why we have causes in the first place.

The difficulty can only be felt as a lack of connection with others although I know very well such is impossible. I cannot even begin to plunge the depths of these emotions.

Anyways, feel free to question me in private. My original question has been sufficiently answered.
