Apparently Osho taught this as meditation at one point:
You can also stare directly in one of your eyes and your face will start morphing. Given enough time and intention, you can see who you were in past lives in the mirror. It takes 15 minutes for some.
Apparently you can make your physical body even disappear and look right at your soul. This stuff is freaky.
Caution: Don't be surprised to see creatures from the inner planes or angels while working your third eye like this.
