Using the predetermined* spiralling direction of the other-self, the following may be observed:
- rotation in the direction of the spiral of the other-self = balanced
- rotation in the opposite direction of the spiral of the other-self = unbalanced
- no movement = blocked
- weak side to side = partial blockage
- strong side to side = over-stimulation
The strength of a rotation is indicative of the strength of that chakra.
Can one test the self? yes.
Predetermination of direction is done by hovering the pendulum over the base of the palm of either hand.
