One view held by some is that the so called orions or negatives or elites or whatever know that they "have lost" that is, Earth will be a 4D positive planet and what the intention is the 'preparation' of entities that need to repeat 3D cycle in another planet. Hopefully to bring a successful 4D negative planet in some, well, other planet.
