My advice is to just feel the fear. Go into your room at night with the lights turned off and be afraid. Accept it. If you practice this on a consistently you will overcome you fear of the dark. It might seem difficult, but it doesn't have to be. All you must do is commit to feeling it fully and completely. Its one thing to be fearful, its another to fear being fearful. What are you REALLY afraid of?
