A. Generally speaking, these are from the Orion Group. They aim to spread confusion and possibly benefit from the fear they create in some other-selves.

Not too long ago, I saw a craft of this exact nature floating no more than 300 feet above the highway after I spent the day attempting to contact UFOs. It just sat in the sky and hovered in plain sight with blinking lights on each of its corners and in the center. It looked like it was showing off unlike military aircraft.

In the days that followed strange things happened in my home. My dogs acted very fearful to say the least. They didn't manage to scare me though. I was so excited to see a UFO!

These craft are TR-3B's and are government property, not Orions.
The tech however would have been supplied by them.

Makes sense in that case. An amazing sight regardless.
