Jesus really lived?

I love the teachings, but I have found nothing to indicate that the man really existed, other than in the folklore, i.e., The Bible. Ra speaks of him, but that is not evidence, although I am tempted to see it as such. The accounts are not first and there is no evidence that they are second person. and yet, there are many stories which are written to quote him, verbatim. I look forward to your replies. Thank you.
