I definitely see where you are coming from on that. Honestly, I feel that the technologies Keshe claims to have figured out are just so outrageously good I almost feel it's 'too good to be true.' On the other hand, it seems like other 3D civilizations have access to these technologies so it would stand to reason we could figure it out.
However, I would like to humbly point out that it might not be a good idea to lump Keshe in to new age ideas / channeling since he comes from a purely scientic background and seems to only have come to any kind of spirituality through his discoveries of the nature of existence.
