From a psychological perspective, I think the root or major thoughtform of this thread is: We have open minds and feel a sense of security.
And maybe the positive energy mobilized by this thread goes into the planet, helping to protect us from danger. The council empowers us to protect ourselves. WE are the guardians, technically.
