It is an interesting topic 
I am a practical vegetarian with white meat to satisfy the animal protein that my body craves for from time to time. My body usually communicates with me about it's needs.
My food habits have changed significantly in the last few years, drives my wife crazy
. As my body is undergoing changes it needs higher vibrational food ( and I give it just that most of the time unless I am in mood for something different lol). The higher vibration food for me is something that is closer to the source i.e. SUN. So anything raw is good. raw nuts, vegetables, fruits, yogurt, cheese, free range chickens, rice. drinking lots of fresh water is part of good nutrition. I add in a couple of protein bars to add some quick protein to my diet. I am suspicious of anything in a container. I like to eat a lot of dried figs, plums, almonds etc from the local organic store. The sea kelp is the only supplement I have taken consistently and like it. As I am traveling often I get what is available many times .
edited: The sprouts have alo become a key part of my food right now. Also I wish to note that the above is the ideal fro me and currently I am operating at less that ideal.
