All I get is something about "picking colours" whatever that means and being in open space.

The colors may represent the vibrations associated with them, the open space represents your 'space' that you work in. Like me, your space may have recently expanded to include a wider spectrum of frequency to work with. Each color could be a direction that you may move, in the newly opened up 'space'.
