The Sun is Everything to me!
I even invite My Highest Self to assist me daily to 'download' an abundance of Solar Energy to every single cell in My Body and then center and balance it for Our Highest Good. I also ask the Sun to allow me and help me gratefully be a reflection of the Sun!
Since I can remember I have always believed that the Sun is much more important than we realize. I have never believed that the Sun could give us skin cancer and recently I have actually seen how they say that sunscreen may be the true cause of skin cancer which IMO makes MUCH more sense.
Since I was kid I can remember when I did get sick (which wasn't often) I would always and still do go outside barefoot and just stand there with my eyes closed and mouth open staring at the Sun. I it 'feels' to me personally as if I am healing MySelf.
For me..........words cannot explain My Love for the Sun.
