Hey Cyan,
First thanks for your answers. I have some more questions if you don't mind. I'm a rather inquisitive person
So you're saying that you are living your day and then little by little you get into an altered state of reality where things which are happening are not "normal" things anymore, things of the physical reality? How do you usually notice it? What kinds of places do you see? And say you are in space or in a décor that is completely different from earth, for example, when you get back, what happened to your body? Was it just on auto mode, going through the day and talking to people, going to the bathroom alone?
I'm having a little trouble grasping how you handle this, ahah. Of course those are details but I find the phenomenon interesting.
To my question, you answered this:
So when you go to the astral, you're saying it's to heal yourself? How so?
I ask because it's a bit unconventional, at least to me. If I compare to myself, I would most likely enter a very light meditative state, anchored here, and proceed to remove negative emotions and do some light healing on parts of my body, as needed. How does that compare to what you do?
Ahahahahah. Morse code? Bahahah
Anyway wow that seems tough. I'm glad I'm not in your situation I must say. It would make it really hard to communicate.
Also don't be sad dear *hugs*. I'm one to think that if we are meant to be with someone in our lifetime, we will meet that someone. In the case of your ex-girlfriend, well there are some people who come and go from your life as you walk your path. More will come if you want it to, if you allow it to happen, and perhaps you will have the occasion to experience many new wonderful things with them, things you've never experienced before with another. Each person here is unique, so that leaves room for a lot of beautiful surprises and discoveries. I wish you the best in bonding with another friend or maybe girlfriend in the future. Best of joys.

Quote:At a certain point you find that the dialogue and events around you no longer correspond to what is possible in the physical reality. After that it is logical to assume you are in the astral (what you are seeing is happening to some part of yourslef but what is really happening you cant really tell because what you see happening is what is happening to you) therefore. The logical step next is to assume your physical body is "elsewhere" and you are "here".
I find that I've been losing weight for the past year or so, I do eat like normal people do but less in general. And i drop out of that state when ever I really focus in on the physical state.

Quote:Its either this or one of the deeper introspective realms of the self in terms of healing the self. And the astral is quite fun at times.

Quote:Try thinking of how you would describe to the sentient mail-man of the kingdom of your pinkey toe how it relates to you and the only language you have is rythmic tapping of your left ear lobe and you have an idea of how difficult it is.
