I was so obsessed with removing distortions for years and did my best, and thought I was helping Ra to remove some of their distortions as well. This accelerated my spiritual movement so much that I could barely handle it, and became easily controlled by the negative, even though I thought I was positive. So I am quite happy with my distortions. I don't try anymore to remove them. I don't want to spiritually progress, or risk de-evolving any more than a natural pace.

You can't take steps backward on the spiral of evolution. All that you experience, the Creator experiences, gaining in experience. You as an entity will learn from your experience as you go through transformations (life and death for example), no matter what this experience may be.

Q'uo and other higher density positive entities have said that the best way we can be of service to them is by meditating and also by allowing them to be of service to us. Oftentimes, they can't be of service to us because our free will is not allowing it.

Regarding Ra specifically and helping Ra remove distortions, this quote might be illuminating:
