I've had a constant Electrical Tingling Sensation this past week. Can really feel it in my right arm and hand the most.

Those 'Cold Shivers' you get when Energy surges down your spine and all around has also become a prominent theme as of late.

I've been having those shivers all the time, especially when I get excited vibrationally. I never knew other people had them.

In meditation tonight when clearing my chakras, my heart center had this crazy energy that was like very intense physically but was not painful. I wasn't really sure what to do with the extra energy though...
