I've had a constant Electrical Tingling Sensation this past week. Can really feel it in my right arm and hand the most.

Those 'Cold Shivers' you get when Energy surges down your spine and all around has also become a prominent theme as of late.

I've been getting this. Along with that warp core reactor type bass energy feeling in the head and root. I also got a cold shiver yesterday after an intense amount of energy in my head last night.

Going to sleep in a quiet room requires me to use meditation techniques now because my head is always going thrummm thrummm thrummm now lol. Stupid Operation Lightbody!!
