then I would say not to identify with most of the anger, annoyance, frustration, or despair you may have been feeling for the past few weeks.
I've been on a rollercoaster of emotions, but I suspect it's because of some inner work that is being done, perhaps due to the ambient energy. I find myself getting into more arguments with those close to me. After looking around the forum for a little bit, I couldn't help but wonder if others are going through the same thing, with or without realizing it.
It may be helpful to let those emotions roll over you without identifying with them. Then again, it may not - I just am offering what works for me!
