I found this thread really fascinating! Especially the memories of Ankh. You can remember things which occured between the incarnations in time/space, right? Can you elaborate a little bit on that? I found this very interesting. Did you always had these memories or did they occur after you awakened?

The regression session that I had about incarnating in Roman Empire but then changing my mind, was definitely something that happened in time/space. But I am not sure of how much I should trust this session. Otherwise, my memories are all very different. Some of them are from other densities and from other places. Many of them are clear in my mind but impossible to describe, others are more like waves and shadows, and some are somewhat managable to describe etc. Maybe if you could ask more specific questions about what exactly you were wondering, I could try to describe it to you...?

Is there anything that you yourself were thinking of, that has happened to you personally, that you were wondering about?

I started to remember in very early ages, already as a child. One of my memories is when I was lying on a couch once, being completely absorbed by one of my memories and dwelling in that particular space/time instead of being present in that now. I was a child under seven years old, and was clearly remembering a past life as a grown-up woman who used to live somewhere in the East. I remembered colors, and could almost sense the smells. In that past life I was about to get married and was preparing for that wedding, so I was dwelling in the details of these festivities and activity in that memory. I knew the name of the town where that woman lived as the child, but I have forgot it now. Many memories are still preserved pretty much intact in my mind today, although they are not as vivid and rich in details as they used to be back when I was a child. My life changed after I became seven, and I forgot most of these memories. But when awakening to the spiritual life these memories started to come back to me again, vividly. First I remembered stuff from my childhood, then remembering what I remembered being that child, and then it was like opening a door to an infinite source and flood of memories.

But I plan to make a regression in the near future. I already have the phone number of a woman who offers this service but I couldn't manage it to call her. So let's see when it's time for that.

I did one of these regression sessions once, and if I would ever do this again, there is one thing that I would change, and that is to ask for protection. I had kind of a thinking back then that I didn't need a protection, that all that would come up during this regression would be for my highest good at the end. But today, I would seek solitary before the session, ask for protection from angels, Higher Self, Confederation, unseen family and friends, whoever that resonates etc. And this kind of "ritual" also perhaps helps to align the mind into a more positive vibration/configuration...?

What I also found interesting are memories of lives in prehistorian societies like Lemuria and Atlantis. Were this societies technically so high evolved like the humanity today? And how did these societies dissapear? If anyone else has memories about this it would be great to here it!

You probably read Monica's posts in this thread, as she remembers having a past life in Atlantis, but especially this post of hers was very interesting to read.
