When I first started out I could only create good connections to my random guides. After some time I was able to build strong connections with my Source guides. I was never able to open up a communication to my "higher self" and had given up. A couple weeks ago I was doing automatic writing and was given a name to meditate on. Then I was given a second name as well. The first was one of the names for my higher self, the other name was a being that helps integrate myself with higher self. I started to notice my higher self was in my space a lot which sort of confused me and made me very curious. My higher self explained that it was merging with me, rather than me merging with it.

you dropped a piece of wisdom on us a long time ago - something to the effect that people's growth on these forums can be seen in behavioural changes.

that what they get interested in changes, that how they interact with others changes, that how much they are willing to accept changes.

there are lots of changes occuring, to be sure
