Ascension Symptoms

When I first started out I could only create good connections to my random guides. After some time I was able to build strong connections with my Source guides. I was never able to open up a communication to my "higher self" and had given up. A couple weeks ago I was doing automatic writing and was given a name to meditate on. Then I was given a second name as well. The first was one of the names for my higher self, the other name was a being that helps integrate myself with higher self. I started to notice my higher self was in my space a lot which sort of confused me and made me very curious. My higher self explained that it was merging with me, rather than me merging with it.

Started to look for descriptions of my experience and found a good writeup.

Some people ascend by following in consciousness right to their guides; some do it by letting the Higher Self merge with them in the body, then the Oversoul as well, which is called Descension. This is easier than Ascension!

The next step is to be conscious of being much more merged with your Higher Self-being the Higher Self in embodiment here. Descension, you see, is the easier, more elegant way to do it--just letting this happen rather than each individual physical life trying to "pull" itself out of this density.
