Question for Pickle:
I've been trying to cover all the colors in my diet, and I noticed that I'm able to find all the colors except...blue! The only truly blue food I can think of is blueberries! There are plenty of red (beets, strawberries, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers), orange (carrots, persimmons, apricots, oranges, bell peppers), yellow (yellow carrots, squash, bell peppers, lemons, onions), green (all leafy veggies, zucchini, avocadoes), purple (blackberries, eggplant, black beans, various berries). It seems that blue is underrepresented.
Any thoughts?
