"On its own", as in the 4D plane of existence when it is fully formed. There are 4D-based individuals (core-vibration 4D) here now, because the environment can partially support 4D.

Are you saying that, for the time period between "full instreaming" and "full activation" there is a 3D/4D hybrid sphere just as there are 3D/4D hybrid bodies?
