Just guessing wildly, I wonder if this experience is a natural consequence of the organizational principle of your temporal being being inadequate to contain the parts? I wonder if you've opened too many doors, have too much stuff moving through, but cannot organize it according to your current concept and container of self so that it's now spilling all over the place and creating havoc? Maybe you need to simplify your field of being, shut doors which should be shut, and find a conveyance into a pasture of more clarified, more appropriate energetic organization?
Also, maybe it would help to stop trying to do this all by your own efforts? Maybe it's time to "Lean on the Everlasting Arms," as they say? Perhaps by faith alone you can trust your handlers to carry you to an healthier configuration, if that's your desire.
