please help

Friends!! I felt a tingling sensation in my yellow chakra/stomach and an increased feeling of panic. I quickly placed myself in meditation with the two stones I found.. and I began to send love towards my negative friend. It was a very intensive meditation, and I asked all entities I know of for help. He's gone now and I bet he'll have something to think about for a while (regrouping)!
I will continue with this every night. The love is flowing!!

First I would like to tell you that you are not alone in this, I too was visited and to the best of my perception it was similar.

I felt this energy in the stomach sometimes as well recently, it's a pull from inside kind of sensation to me.

Anyways while thinking about this thread and your experience I remembered Aaron the inner guide's communication..

from the human perspective, you practice
forgiveness because there has been the experience of
pain for the human and the practice of forgiveness
opens the heart. It is not just bringing you back to
where you were; you are then Love. And there is no
limit to the amount of love that you can express.

forgive the left hand? If the baby, the fetus, is
kicking in the night and wakes the mother, does the
mother need to forgive the fetus? In the first
example, the right and left hands are clearly a part of
the same being. The mother and fetus still
experience that state of non-separation.
The angel aspect of yourself knows it is not separate
and never has been separate. It knows the crystal
clarity of its oneness, which could never become
tarnished. To move into incarnation is to accept the
illusion of separation, to agree to this veil of
forgetting of your true being. Thus, you move into
the illusion that there are spots on the wings, that
the body and the mind are unclean in some way.

What I brought back from this in my own way was that he says in incarnation we still sometimes cling to the separation of beings, be it yourself and your 5th density negative self or brother. Therefor it is important to forgive it in the human sense to open the heart like he said.. this is what resonated.

Also what I perceived was he also makes it important to say that although forgiving in the incarnational sense is important because it is to be human. It is also important to realize that the 5th density negative brother might symbolize the left hand that he was trying to say. So from my conclusion I think it sums up to that you can forgive and then at the same time know that it is not necessary in the end because you would be forgiving yourself.
