4 months to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ever since November 5, most nights I have woken up thinking I'm in the middle of an earthquake (here in southern california)...my body is vibrating all over. I look it up the next morning and ask my roommies...no earthquake...

I've been feeling strong energy in the energy centers in my chest the past few nights...right now as well actually. Feels around my solar plexus at the moment. I also feel like cords of rubberbands of energy being released in my heart the past few days...

I don't know if it's related to the ambient energy, or mediation work I've been doing, or the indigo biofeedback machine I started using in the past three weeks, or a combination.

My girlfriend told me I was quaking the other night, but I did not feel anything.
