Peregrinus: I have begun exploring crystals more, and I went to a metaphysical store. There I found 2 crystals that got very hot in my palm.. I later meditated with them, and they felt empowering. It was rose quartz and a lovely red stone which I didn't bother to read the name of, it simply felt powerful. I will look for those you mentioned. If my negative friend learned something himself and got more powerful I would like a bit extra protection!
I love the smell of dragon's blood. One of my favourites.. makes you feel safe and good. I've yet to find any proper pure dried dragon's blood though, but in due time I'll do I suppose, if I need it.
thefool: That scale is very accurate, but I believe all negative feelings can be brought up through the charkas and polarized to love. It's cheating the normal feeling scale.. you can always open yourself to love, with no stimuli, only intention: that's the whole point of the heart chakra and the reason 3D STS people just ignore it.. they have no use for it. No point. It is the path of separation from love. One who has opened the heart will forever know that love is all, even though they may not feel it at all times.
The book you mention looks interesting, I'll get it one way or another.
Ashim: A crystal grid? That sounds interesting, and I figure there are exact geometric figures and stones which gives powerful results. Could you explain further?

fairyfarmgirl: I burned dragon's blood insence around my house and intended for no negative and dominating entity to enter. My house feels cleaner now, for before I felt a small terror, and now it's gone.

Thats how I wish it to be... and I'll be there for him if he needs me in love, but I'll politely decline anything else. The only ones that shall be with me are those of positive polarity. I wish the others good luck on their path..
