If I understand your question correctly- You are saying that can we cultivate love (by raising our vibrations) and then send it to ourselves?
Technically yes. But practically I question the possibility. It is catch 22. You can not send high vibrations of Love from a low vibrational state. You need to raise your vibrations first. And if you can raise your vibrations so easily then really there is no problem/ no attack.

I remember those quotes from the Law of One. And I have taken those into account. The first one is quite relevant here. Others talk about war between 4 + and 4 -.
If you remember all three were attacked but only Carla got affected due to the pre-incarnate physical distortions. Her mental defenses were not penetrated. And it happened over a period of time intermittently. So the group had the mental balance and Time to regroup and be in enough high vibrational state to send love. I am fine with that.
Love creates Love. Incrementally. This is how a mantra works. This is how intention/prayer works. This is how a positive ritual works. Incrementally as if rising from the depths of the deep sea so that the acclimation to the "pressure" or LOVE is instilled in a way that assists and empowers--- Love is further generated and instilled forging new neural pathways and clearing energetic meridians and systems. As this happens, new ways of doing and relating become clear and new and better ways of relating to self and others becomes into being.
This acclimation process can and does happen in an instant with the proper environment created using mantras and/or intentions and/or positive ritual and/or visualizations and/or tools... I know this for I have expereinced this shift in an instant way way long before I came to this space that is here and now. It is possible.
