21 = 3 times 7 = 777
Basically it's a number used for the evolution of man, it has to do with rejoining the whole. Transformation into cosmic man. When christ said "I am the insurrection" in gematria he said 777. I don't know in which order, but one of the 7's is man, one is the universe, and one is the interaction between them.
777 or 21 is linked to our evolution at least as strongly as 11:11.
