I find it interesting that you seem to be focusing entirely on the "shadow" or "challenge" section of the reading.

I read that entire section and all I got out of it was an encouragement to be spontaneous and joyful, while at the same time thinking about the relevance of your actions, especially in regard to the expression of primal feelings- to both overcome any sexual shame and to move the sexual directive into the heart so that this part of your behavior is governed not just by instinct, but by love. Also, the integration of the shadow self, which is simply the parts of yourself you don't acknowledge or like, in order to move into your full self.

Also, the challenge part of the reading isn't meant as an accusation. It is simply pointing out areas where you may be likely to struggle at some point in your life.
