My big litmus test is purely the money issue. Is this person asking me for anything in return for what they are doing? In Keshe's case, the answer is no. In fact, he seems to want to share things with me and the rest of the planet fairly. I don't see where the danger fits in.
On the flip side, I have to consider the opposite - would there be people wishing to discredit Dr. Keshe? If he was truly looking to even the technological playing field between countries, would there be an interest in suppressing him? This is much easier to believe than some idea that Keshe is going to come after me in some way. Therefore, like Parsons said, until I am shown specific evidence against him and his work, I think he should get the benefit of the doubt. I wish him the very best.
As far as warning against giving money to free energy scammers, I think that goes without saying. It's called "free energy" for a reason, imo. Until something is well demonstrated, I will be weary of any group asking for money. I don't really have a problem with those who are not tho...
