the ripple i call a wave... a wave of power.. light.. energy.. a buzz... a cold shiver... it goes from the top of my skull to the base of my spine
although lately it's been doing wierd new things

once was my yellow ray was tingling.. like there was energy that didn't want to go... and then it just shot up to my crown level.

on monday i was on the phone with my friend who was making some kind of pastry... or cookie or something i don't know..
and i started smelling vanilla... and then i was like are you making vanilla?
she was smelling the vanilla too.

i've been getting a lot of 444, and 11:11 or 1:11, or 4:44 lots of 4:44
also still getting a lot of left ear and right ear ringings... i always do the opposite of whatever iw as doing when the left ear rings
right ear i go with it and feel comforted. that i'm acting out of love... uhh and not screwing up.

my other friend just saw another ufo pass her by recently.. man they really pass her by a lot. umm sometimes i'm not sure if whether the craft that come to her are coming to her in love or in fear. umm if it's not too much to ask please send love and light to Raina. but send it to her spirit guide and not to her directly because she's really sensitive to energy.

last summer we were on my roof and spotted this craft that was almost flying like a mosquito.. but then we knew it wasn't one when a 747 commercial plane flew right under it and as the plane passed, there it was far far above it. i am not fully learned in all the different types of craft and whether or not there are any defining characteristics to be able to tell if a craft is confederation or orion... other than my own gut feeling.

When I see rippling, it's like the carpet slowly ripples. I see patterns like faces and such. Usually when I have the energy going strongly through me, and relax into it I'll see them.

Is it subtle or pronounced? Because if you lessen your focus and gaze at anything a slow wave will ripple, or things move and shift like looking through water. It has to do with fluid in your optic system. I'm making the carpet do it now. I take it you're seeing something more pronounced though?

I get the same thing Icaro, and I can even intensify it if I focus harder. I'm also capable of visual "white-out" where I can focus on a colour, it's easier if there's a common one in the room, and allow the single tone to completely fill my vision. Not in the way where it's like my eyes being closed, the tone is not just the same as when you put pressure on your eyes, it more "fills" the area before me, there is definite space. I've also done some experiments looking at groups of flowers and I can actually make all of them but the one I'm focusing on vanish from my vision and then re-appear. It'll be like they were never there, the space where they were I will see naturally through. Very weird. Nevermind when I close my eyes, it's like looking in to a deep expanse full of energy and as soon as I close my eyes and see it begins to take form and shift and change, then I can move through it, it's incredibly easy to move your consciousness, it's basically like moving your body but without your body responding, you still feel the movement as though your body has moved.

Also notable that these things are exactly what happens in early psychedelic drug phases. especially the "breathing" and patterns.

I've never seen a watery-like orb, although sometimes I see some more extreme bends in space. It seems like these type of phenomenon are becoming much more common, or perhaps maybe only now we have the technology to know and discuss it.

Yeah I know what you mean about the white-out effect. I think the thing to note about the psychedelic experience is that you are simply able to focus on these natural optic effects, and they amplify.

I still don't quite understand the mechanism of these "natural optic effects", could you give me a link with some form of explanation for the matter?

That's what I've always heard listening to lectures and whatnot. I would search and see what you come up with..anatomy of the eye. Related to the aqueous humor? Feeling and seeing the essence of something in an altered state is one thing, but simple movement or the breathing effect seems to be unnoticed natural occurrences that are honed in on.

Well I don't doubt it's natural, I just don't understand how focus is the differentiating factor. It almost mandatorily insights a connection between the mind and the physical percpetion of reality.

I think you're thinking too hard It's just a subtle effect, and our eyes are always busy so we don't notice it. There is a lot to be said about perception and focus though as it relates to the present moment.

or, just that modern science just rationalizing and justifying the newly appearing paranormal phenomenon as conditions, effects and whatnot, without really knowing what their reasons are.
