isn't it weird so many people share this right now?
Yeah Kia and I was so tired and all and yet I could not find sleep. I tried to meditate but that would not work either. Ha, maybe it is also part of spring coming? Many people are very tired and drained after a long winter.

Strange, I had weirdest psychic greeting yesterday evening, that started about that time. Went to bed past midnight but had really difficulties to fall asleep, something that I otherwise don't. The attack was not severe, but very weird. Didn't have any like that before. Was kind of "cold and alien" touch in it.

EDIT: tried to meditate too but was struck by powers stronger than me, injecting visions of bloody flesh, scary eyes and other images injecting fear and disharmony, and I couldn't get through these images into harmonious vibrations, as they just keep coming, one after another, persistently, so I had to terminate the meditation. Weird...

Getting out of bed in the morning can be quite a chore at the moment :¬)

I sit on a circle of mediums and have gotten the same message/answer a few times; many of us are learning and teaching in our sleep/dreams. We're not aware of this consciously, yet it takes a considerable portion of energy to do so.

I cannot vouch for this, yet, I find it quite comforting.

I've been so tired too. I feel like I did when I was pregnant - I just cannot get enough sleep.
No matter how long I've been asleep I find it unpleasant waking - like I'm being hauled out of my dream world into a heavy chemical reality.

I'm ok after a stretch and green tea, but the feeling at any time/any ware during the day I could lay down and fall asleep doesn’t lift.

I'm hoping the spring and sunshine gives me my normal bounce back Smile

This is indeed comforting, Namaste! Heart
Yes I am sure this happens... whenever I am able to remember parts of dreams lately there are often metaphysical concepts involved. Like the other day I knew after awakening that there had been 5 pillars of white light coming down from the cosmos and I was there.. and from then it gets muddled. Oh how I would love to remember more!

Absolutely. It's sunny here today, and what a difference it makes!

Little teasers. That sounds fantastic :¬)

I woke this morning with a vague memory of watching ET craft in the sky. No other details though!

Some hints for better dream recall.

    - Take a vitamin B complex
    - Remove refined sugar from diet (huge difference)
    - Less white flour and rice
    - Stretch before bed
    - Set the intention of remembering dreams as you fall asleep
    - Actually write down the dream as soon as you wake up. This is key, you'll be surprised how many times you wake up with a dream in memory, say a few words and lose it (or even worse, hit the snooze button!).

It takes a bit of practice and time, a couple of weeks before they start to linger for longer.

Completely agree. Much better to trust your body, and to arise when you wake naturally (rather than nod back off to sleep).

Alarms, when waking you during the deeper sleep cycles, cause you to feel slow and tired all day.

Yeah alarms can be violent... if I have to get up really early and set the alarm, I wake up to the sound of radio playing music and that is okay.
Namaste, for some time I was able to recall my dreams in vivid detail, without watching my diet or setting intention Tongue.
At the moment it is not so prevalent - I always think, however that if a dream is important to be remembered, then I will remember. Like the dream a couple months ago, where I also saw a ET craft Tongue
Where does vitamin B come into play, re dreams? what is your explanation of that? I have been eating more oats lately, maybe that helps too?

    I opted for this:

Sublingual stuff (under the tongue) gets absorbed directly and quickly.

Could you remove that link Namaste..I clicked the first search result and received 10 trojan viruses. I don't want others clicking that first website.

    It's the dreamviews.com website..don't go there!

Interestingly enough I was able to remember my dream very accurately this morning, and then it came to me that I had been eating many vitamine B-foods yesterday (oats, avocado and also legumes). It seems to work!
    Sweet dreams everyone.

Google has it's own AV servers in place (always running), they seriously reprimand offending sites. It seems odd that a #1 listing is unsafe (I received no thread warnings myself).

View at your own caution :¬)

Dreamviews is still coming up for me. Maybe it's different because of our locations.

Anyhoo..I'm going to try this myself Smile

Feeling particularly tired today with a dull headache, could quite easily curl up and go to sleep.

Andy: I've been using it a few days and I must say, it's helping a lot. Dream recall is definitely improving!
